The YeboLearn Parents App keeps you connected to your child's education, allowing you to monitor their academic progress, attendance, and communicate with teachers.

Overview

The Parents App enables you to:

  • Monitor grades - Track your child's academic performance
  • Check attendance - View attendance records
  • View schedules - See your child's timetable
  • Pay fees - Manage school fee payments
  • Receive notifications - Stay informed about school updates
  • Communicate - Message teachers directly
  • View reports - Access academic reports

Getting Started

Accessing the App

  1. Open your web browser
  2. Navigate to your school's YeboLearn portal
  3. Click on "Parents App" or go directly to the parent dashboard URL

First-Time Login

When your child's school creates your account:

  1. You'll receive login credentials via email or SMS
  2. Use these credentials for your first login
  3. Create a new secure password
  4. Link to your child's account if not automatically linked

Linking to Your Children

If you have multiple children at the school:

  • All linked children appear in your dashboard
  • Switch between children easily
  • View combined or individual information

Your First Day

  1. Check the dashboard - See overview of all children
  2. Review grades - Check current academic standing
  3. View attendance - Verify attendance records
  4. Set up notifications - Enable important alerts
