Children

The Children section allows you to view and manage your linked children's profiles and access their academic information.

Accessing Children

  1. Click "Children" in the sidebar navigation
  2. View all your linked children

Children Overview

Linked Children List

See all your children at the school:

  • Child's name and photo
  • Class/Grade level
  • Student ID
  • Quick status indicators

Child Cards

Each child displays:

Viewing Child Details

Accessing a Child's Profile

  1. Click on a child's card
  2. View detailed information

Profile Information

See your child's:

  • Full name
  • Date of birth
  • Student ID
  • Class and section
  • Teachers assigned
  • Enrollment date

Academic Summary

Quick view of:

  • Current GPA/average
  • Attendance rate
  • Recent grades
  • Any alerts or concerns

Switching Between Children

Child Selector

Use the child selector to switch:

  1. Click the dropdown in the header
  2. Select another child
  3. View updates for that child

This affects all pages in the app.

Quick Switch

From the Children page:

  • Click directly on any child
  • Navigate to their specific data

Child Status Indicators

Status Types

Accessing Child's Information

From a child's profile, access:

Each child card provides shortcuts to:

  • View grades
  • Check attendance
  • See schedule
  • View fees

Multiple Children

Managing Multiple Children

If you have several children:

  • All appear in your Children section
  • Notifications are organized by child
  • Fee summaries show totals and per-child

Adding a Child

To link another child:

  1. Contact your school administration
  2. Provide required information
  3. School will link the child to your account
  4. Child appears in your app

:::note Parents cannot add children themselves. The school must link children to your account. :::

Tips

  1. Check regularly - Monitor each child's status
  2. Use quick links - Save time navigating
  3. Compare performance - If helpful for motivation
  4. Address alerts - Respond to any status warnings
  5. Stay organized - Know each child's schedule
