Grades
The Grades section allows you to view all your academic results, track your performance over time, and understand your standing in each subject.
Accessing Grades
- Click "Grades" in the sidebar navigation
- Your grades page will display all subjects and scores

Grades Overview
Current Term Grades
The main view shows your grades for the current academic term:
- Subject name - The course or subject
- Grade/Score - Your current grade or percentage
- Letter grade - A, B, C, D, or F equivalent
- Teacher - The subject teacher
- Last updated - When the grade was last modified
Grade Breakdown
Click on any subject to see a detailed breakdown:
- Assignments - Scores from homework and projects
- Tests/Quizzes - Results from assessments
- Exams - Mid-term and final exam scores
- Participation - Class participation grades
- Weighted total - How each component contributes to your final grade
Performance Tracking
Grade Trends
View how your grades have changed over time:
- Line charts showing grade progression
- Compare performance across terms
- Identify subjects that need attention
Performance Summary
- Highest grade - Your best-performing subject
- Needs improvement - Subjects below target
- Overall GPA - Your cumulative grade point average
Grade Categories
Grades are typically categorized as:

| A | 90-100% | Excellent |
| B | 80-89% | Good |
| C | 70-79% | Satisfactory |
| D | 60-69% | Needs Improvement |
| F | Below 60% | Failing |

Filtering and Sorting
Organize your grades view by:
- Term/Semester - View grades from different periods
- Subject - Filter by specific subjects
- Date - Sort by most recent updates
- Grade - Sort from highest to lowest (or vice versa)
Downloading Grade Reports
To download your grades:
- Click the "Download" or "Export" button
- Select the format (PDF or Excel)
- Choose the date range
- Click "Download"

- Check regularly - Monitor your grades weekly
- Identify patterns - Notice which assessment types you excel at
- Seek help early - Use AI Tutor for subjects you're struggling with
- Talk to teachers - Discuss improvement strategies
