The Fees section allows you to view fee statements, check payment history, and make payments for your child's school expenses.
Accessing Fees
- Click "Fees" in the sidebar navigation
- Select a child (if multiple)
- View fees and payment options
Fee Overview
Summary
At the top, see:
- Total fees - Amount for the term/year
- Amount paid - What's been paid
- Balance due - Outstanding amount
- Due date - Payment deadline

Making Payments

How to Pay Online
- Click "Pay Now"
- Enter amount (full or partial)
- Select payment method
- Follow provider instructions
- Wait for confirmation
Payment Confirmation
After successful payment:
- Confirmation displayed
- Receipt number provided
- Email confirmation sent
- Balance updates automatically

See all payments:
- Payment date
- Amount paid

Downloading Receipts
To get a receipt:
- Go to Payment History
- Find the transaction
- Click "Download Receipt"
- Save PDF

To get a statement:
- Click "Fee Statement"
- Select period
- Generate
- Download or print

Combined Fees
If you have multiple children:
- View total fees across all
- See breakdown by child
- Pay per child or combined
Per-Child View
Switch to individual child:
- See specific fees
- Track individual payments
- Download separate statements

Notifications
You'll receive reminders for:
- Upcoming due dates
- Overdue payments
- Payment confirmations
- Fee structure changes
WARNING
Late payments may result in penalties. Check your school's policy.

If payment fails:
