Messages

The Messages section enables you to communicate directly with your child's teachers and school administration.

Accessing Messages

  1. Click "Messages" in the sidebar navigation
  2. View your message inbox

Messages main page

Inbox Overview

Message List

View all messages:

  • Sender (teacher name, school)
  • Subject/preview
  • Date received
  • Read/unread status

Organization

Messages are organized in:

  • Inbox - Received messages
  • Sent - Messages you've sent
  • Drafts - Unsent messages

Composing Messages

New Message

  1. Click "New Message" or "Compose"
  2. Select recipient
  3. Choose which child (if relevant)
  4. Enter subject
  5. Write message
  6. Send

When messaging about a specific child:

  • Select the child from dropdown
  • Teacher sees context

Replying to Messages

Quick Reply

  1. Open the message
  2. Click "Reply"
  3. Type response
  4. Send

Conversation View

Messages are threaded:

  • See full conversation history
  • Reply within thread
  • Keep context together
